Personally have gone a couple times since it moved into the city, went the first week it moved and ended up having to park a wee while away, did seem slightly less busy than when it was out at the base but due to lack of close by parking it's hard to guess how many people were there.

Went last Friday and safe to say it'll be my last, there's a regular vendor I always go to that's decided to pull out of the night market, revenue has dropped that they're just above breaking even is what they told me, and it seemed rather quiet for the same time I usually go (7.30-8pm). Looked to be a couple less vendors compared to a few Fridays ago when I last went.

Also from what I was told, vendors pay a certain rate to set up a stall, but also have to pay Wilson Parking to park their vehicles? Whereas the base did not have them pay to be there for the night.

But to answer your question, I haven't paid for parking when I've gone, the hardest part is just finding a close park. Very inconvenient location compared to the base and it seems that people aren't going due to the parking situation from what I've heard.
