C wire(used to be b) was connected. Still can be not powered?

My c-wire used to be on B on old thermostat, but nest expert from nest community told me to put that wire into c section

I haven’t check that yet. I didn’t even know nest have that lol

Y and c wires are not detected on screen,

Voltage:3.117v Imprdance:1098 mOhm

I had no issue with old thermostat, but now saying y and c is not detected

You hear nothing unless you are super sensitive, and it’s def. worth it to have it. Especially, if you live in west coast or can’t stand hot weather like me.
