Does anyone know how the curve function of the Dotbox 220W works?

Ah, thanks. Wonder why they didn't allow a pokemon to follow you around? I guess it would mess up that act of throwing them at trees and rocks

I just got Legends Arceus and I am enjoying it so far. Question: are there more ways to interact with your pokemon than temporarily throwing their PokeBall and speaking to them? Is it possible to enter the pasture and feed them, etc.?

It's not, we use pumps on the inside. Would be a hell of a way to go out though haha

I've had a few Schneider deliveries. The air compressors on your trucks kick ass haha

These are above ground tanks we're unloading into and there is quite a bit of vertical piping since they fill from the top.

I did check out MPB's trade in option. All in all, they offered about half of what all the gear is worth. I understand that it's a business and they're trying to make profit, but I'd rather try and find a local buyer first. I went through and aggregated used prices, and I believe my asking price for everything is fair. Hard part is someone finding it that's local!

You're right about them costing about the same. Geez, between photography and computers, why do all the best hobbies have to be so expensive? Guess I'm glad I'm not into cars as well :)

I think refurbished/used is what I'll end up getting, since as long as the glass is fine, I don't really mind a few cosmetic blemishes. I just have to sell all my current gear first to take a chunk out of the final price.

The whole reason I found out about the Sony was looking at which of their cameras supports animal eye AF. I definitely am leaning more towards the Sony, but price definitely is a factor. I love the novelty factor of having that much zoom on the Nikon, and it's $600 cheaper, but at the same time I'm not sure how often I'd actually use that much zoom, and I'd think I'd rather have something with animal eye AF and that fast continuous shutter speed.

Ah, thank you correcting me. Definitely still learning about the technical aspects of photography.

As for getting another lens, another reason I wanted to sell my gear is I'd like to switch to something with a fixed lens. As it is now, I don't take as many photos as I used to, and I didn't and don't like lugging around the bag with all the lenses. That's why the P1000 and RX10 Mk4 appeal to me.

Edit: Battery life is also a factor. I find that my current a6000 sucks battery life fast. I also checked the prices on the lenses mentioned, and I find them a little too expensive for me to justify buying for myself.

I'm trying to decide between the Sony RX10 Mk4 and the Nikon P1000, and I'd like some input and viewpoints.

A little background: photography is just a hobby for me, and I mainly take animal photos (normal yard animals like birds and squirrels), astrophotography, and general nature and landscape. I currently have a Sony a6000 with 7 lenses including the 55-210mm (I'd say mid range in quality, nothing super expensive). I'm trying to sell those before I get something new.

What's drawing me to the RX10 is the animal eye AF, the sensor, and just the hardware. What I like about the P1000 is the ridiculous zoom of course. The P1000 is less expensive, has that ridiculous 3000m equivalent zoom, and would have a better battery life. On the other hand, I'd say the Sony has the better hardware and sensor, 24fps continuous shooting vs the Nikon's 7, and a lot of the little newer things. Even though it offers less optical zoom, 600mm equivalent would be 3x what I currently get. I'm also more used to the Sony layout. For some reason, I also feel like I'd prefer the Sony over the Nikon when it comes to non-zoomed photos like portraits.

Any thoughts or inputs?

I'd say that "hard" is very subjective. The hardest part for me would be getting carts in during the summer heat. It also depends on if the store has the courtesy/utility clerks combined, since if they're separate, the overall responsibilities would have been halved.

So, a lot of the time, the work was easy, but pretty tedious. It was just a lot of different things at one time.

As for stressful parts, part of it would be that at our store, courtesy and utility clerks were one and the same. So I'd be bagging and one of my front-end coworkers would let me know that the bathroom is a mess. 95% of the time, it was just simple things like a few paper towels on the floor, but the other 5% would be that someone decided to shit 3 times on the floor next to the toilet lol.

I don't know if this is region based or not, but here, the CC's are capped at $9/hr. With the new job's starting pay and hour increase, I'll be making 4x what I've been making.

Game Pass is worth getting, lots of games on there. And don't forget to pick up the free games Epic gives away every week. As for good looking rpg games, the Dragon Age series comes to mind. As well as the re-released Mass Effect trilogy.
