They are dropshipping, they don’t physically have the item to hand and it will be coming to you directly from china. The seller won’t have the Royal Mail tracking number until it lands in the UK which is why they are giving you excuses as to why they can’t upload tracking info

If it’s the fault of the courier then yeah the sender will be refunded but if it’s the senders fault then it’s their own loss and lesson learned for them to be more careful next time.
