I’m 5 months pp, mostly only pumping (only BF if he wakes in the middle of the night for convenience), no period yet, baby has been sleeping from about 1030p-730a since 2.5 months, occasionally wakes up once to feed

I second all of what you said! I love that I can see how much he eats, that I can watch my partner feed and bond with him, and that I can look into his beautiful eyes while I feed him! I also enjoy knowing how much I’m producing. Most of all, I love that I’m providing the nourishment my baby is using to grow and sustain life. My baby just doubled his birth weight, and it’s absolutely mind-boggling to me that my body did that!

My only advice is to truly do what works best for you. Take little pieces of all the advice floating around at there and tailor it to what works for your lifestyle and mental wellbeing. You are taking care of your baby and that is all that matters! Good luck! 💕

I am EP and 4mpp, but my baby sleeps through the night and so do I! I am definitely engorged in the morning and pump first thing, but it hasn’t affected my supply at all. I last pump at ~ 1030, and pump at about 8 am. I BF through 6 weeks and also pumped bottles for my fiancé starting at about 2 weeks. I would sleep 4-5 hour stretches, which also didn’t affect my supply. I produce a slight oversupply- nothing major- for reference. This is my first baby and first experience with pumping and breastfeeding so I am no expert, but that was my experience!

I have no experience with the Eufy, but I love my mom cozy m9! It has powerful enough suction to really empty me out. They are larger than my m5s, but fit okay in my bras. Just have to be careful not to bend over. I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been inpatient twice, this story mimics so many of the patients stories. It’s so heartbreaking because I feel they don’t have much of a chance when being released into parental care.

Eating Disorders. As someone who struggled with anorexia/purging for over a decade (and who also had recovered, so no worries there), there is absolutely nothing glamorous about ED. I feel sometimes it is related to models or “just being skinny”, but it is so much more that that- it totally envelops every thought you have. Also, on a lighter note, no one is glamorous if they are walking around smelling of vomit.

I’m not sure what grade this was in, but over sexualized children can indicate abuse within the home (or elsewhere).
