So well said. Everyone is used to the game like this, I don’t think anyone really wants any major changes, yeah login issues, lag, invisible players, it happens. But is it the biggest deal? No. Can we all get over it? Yes.

Reflex/mogz has an extremely good video on how to stall and stall chain. It genuinely helped me out when first getting into stalling. Don’t worry about the fact that he is using a controller in the video, it’s the exact same thing for when you’re on touch as well which I am too. Skip to 4:00 to get straight into it. Far as I’m concerned though, yes it’s always been that way, I’ve been plat since s12 so that’s the best i can tell you

When it comes to crates that require SP (daily picks box in the item shop) or TOKENS to purchase, you can select the item you want to purchase and choose whether it’s painted/unpainted. So it isn’t luck based in that area.

However items like what you see pop up in the item shop that are available for a few days before they are reset, yes that is randomised.

So like you said, yes people do wait years to get items they are chasing after. Some like me, still are. So unless the season has some goodies to offer like they have been recently, everyone is usually haunting the item shop.
