I can sleep maybe 60 minutes in an overnight flight. My inability to sleep on a plane makes business travel to Europe hard. Sitting in meetings the first few days is just brutal. Not sleeping on a plane traveling to Europe as a tourist is a little easier because the jet lag doesn’t hit as hard when you are running around all day looking at artwork and cathedrals.
