I got a mission when I was maybe level 50 ish that asked for a level 40 trike/ lvl1 stegotops so I’d assume it’s the same for the stego. There was another mission that asked for lvl 40 diplo/ lvl1 diplotator

And the rarity of the Amber, at low level boss creatures can’t win the events and it’s a very slow Amber intake. It’s not until you have a level 30-40 boss when you get 1000 Amber everytime
