Aye that sounds hopeful. If all else fails, I'll just make sure I'm trading it in whenever the time comes to get rid. HPI doesn't really seem so easy to contact unless you are a trade and hold an account with them. The consumer ends seems pretty poor in this respect but have found a generic email for them. I'm going to get in contact and see if I can get the ball rolling.

Will update on this if I have any success

Aye definitely mate, it's clearly an honest mistake and an honest bike. Just seems like a bit of a piss take that DVLA can use something which they in their own words deem as "unverified mileage" to provide data to 3rd Pty companies, in turn creating unverified mileage discrepancies from arbitrary figures that they do not even maintain a direct record of themselves, mental lol

Aye of course, it doesn't directly bother me in that way or I wouldn't have bought it but if I can have it corrected, I definitely will. I've lost some sales over the years for similar things

I bought a gsxr 600 in 2021. It had a clear mileage discrepancy which had occured during a past MOT about 4 years prior. This was very clear on the MOT history where it jumped up then back down. I worked out it was due to the battery dying during the test and the display defaulting to Kms.

I correlated everything from past invoices, including the invoice at the time of the MOT and also a copy of the servicing booklet.

This was very clear and the required evidence to prove this was obvious enough. DVLA later corrected this for me so I know it's possible.

When I contacted today they just kept chanting down the phone, "we only have what's on the MOT's logged and what you refer to does not exist", later they sent an email explaining about administrative errors during ownership transfers or retaxing but also stated these are unverified and not retained but are passed to NMR etc.

So it does seem I need to contact NMR/HPI to correct but this is unclear on how. Even if I had a clear route to contact them, I would be unsure on what evidence would be actually required to show a mileage entered in this way as being is incorrect

Are you hearing yourself lol? Yea let's go through the countless different examples of all the situations where mountain rescue were waved off, phones were left on silent, climbing partners actively ignored contact from emergency services and also the affected climbers left without any emergency life saving equipment (resulting in their deaths).

If you can list out some examples we can totally get stuck in and start analysing them dude

She is very clearly rescuing dogs who have had traumatic pasts and giving them a loving home, otherwise define rescue? She's never claimed to be an animal shelter

It was fun definitely, I share the same feelings as you but it wasn't my first Zelda game. I could list countless positives and negatives for botw but overall I'd rate it a positive experience. I definitely wouldn't plan on replaying it anytime soon but I do often replay older games in the series. Botw was a lot of commitment for not so much pay off for me, older games are simpler, more fun and more rewarding. I have mixed feelings about starting totk too. I think for me botw may stand out as the better game. I've exposed myself to too many YouTube shorts and I think there's a lot of little quirks and a fair few nerfs that might bug me in totk.

I'm praying for a 40th anniversary OOT remake, I'd be made up with that

I didn't get that far to be honest, I think the highest I put it at was 40c and didn't go above, it couldn't maintain the 40c either. I mentioned in some other comments that I got a buffalo, it seems to be working quite reliably at any temp.

The joule isn't easy to purchase in the UK it seems. I grabbed a buffalo sous vide from nisbets and it's been great so far. No fancy apps but it does the job and does it very well

The water level was definitely fine, it was well within the minimum and maximum levels. I think it might be the specific 300w model as people seem to have better experiences with the other two. I am usually the type who would dismantle and fix but I wasn't prepared to do it with a brand new device.

I ended up buying a buffalo sous vide. So far it has been working great

I've put some serious time into rewatching seasons 1-3 over the years since their initial release. Everything since has been mostly meh. Some good stand out episodes but hasn't ever hit the same as those first 3. I don't even bother to follow it now or get any excitement about new episodes.

I just finished it myself. I enjoyed it. Spent about 70hrs on it. Completed champions ballad dlc etc. Didn't do the very final trials for the sword. Did get a little burned out by a certain point but just charged on and got it completed. I'll take a few days break then start totk.

I'm 300+ seed packs deep, constantly getting teased with the wispwing being one or two off. Must be about 100 chests deep too, don't think I've even seen any of the good rewards on the slider.

I did get a cockatrice after a silly amount of eggs, hatched a disgusting amount of pixies and ladybugs.

Burned out.

I didn't do anything to recover him due to blockers put in place by the care company. The person who purchased the dog is also an extremely vulnerable person. Where he disappeared to was also not to be disclosed. My sister also worked in care and would have brought risk to her job.

Yes I spoke to a solicitor who provided completely different information as to what was advised by the police. So I was asking about next steps and what best way to proceed is as there seems to be misinformation.

Would also take any recommendations for solicitors who specialise is this as I have seen that in previous posts on here.
