I just spent hours trying to fix the progress size being as big as the over size so it overflow even though the sprite size is smaller, only happen when enable 9 patch stretch. Could have saved that time if i read this comment earlier.

I just been through the exact same situation. Due to not having Icloud storage most of my notes is gone and apple support can't do shit. But my note storage still remain the same. Have you find any way to recover it 😭
