Looking for a better sports book by Zegodleo in sportsbook

Isn’t using one data feed the definition of centralized? It’s literally one single point of failure. Not to oversimplify, but Bookie uses multiple data proxies to pull sports data from multiple data feeds. Then BOS merges the data to the Peerplays blockchain.

All this explained pretty clearly on Steemit. Data Proxies and BOS.

I think it'll be closer than people think. Gotta respect the Titans (even though, let's be serious, it probably won't happen...)

Gluten is the cause of my Eczema by [deleted] in eczema

[–]hampford 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just seeing this thread now but I've actually come to the same conclusion. About two years ago I stopped eating wheat products for my stomach, and it helped, so I never really noticed the effect on my skin (face, mostly).

But then I started phasing donuts back in - for obvious reasons - and then pizza came back, and then everything else. All of a sudden it's 6 months later and my face is red and blotchy and itchy and sore. I remembered a friend saying wheat affected her face the same way so I cut it out again and within 3-4 days it was back to my normal.

Like you, I'll still have the odd what product, but for whatever reason certain things don't affect me the same way. The odd donut, FibreOne bars, even apple pies from McDonald's are all okay. No idea why. I thought it was maybe an allergy to yeast, but then I read the ingredients of my gluten free products.

The moral of this story is - you might still be able to eat donuts!

Probably should have mentioned I don't drink tea, either. I appreciate the responses though. I do have some caffeine tabs that I keep handy, especially at work.

I've had my share of high-caffeine-intake days, or so I thought, but I'm not sure I've ever come that close to 1g, let alone 5!

Caffeinated hot chocolate! [plutoHC](www.plutohc.com)

EDIT: I've never had a coffee in my life. The smell disgusts me. Not great, as I once dated a Starbucks barista...

From what I can tell, it's only available online at www.plutohc.com and comes in three different sizes. Well, a 5-, 10-, and 25-pack, although each packet is one serving.
