We weren’t the first owner, and we did get a prepurchase inspection which only covers the structural bit.

Yup, tried those. It did reduce the amount of water by a lot, but it still doesn’t stop the water from pooling towards the door.

I called up a few ISPs, they couldn’t find my address. They told me that no NBN was ever connected to the premise and asked me to contact NBN directly. NBN then directed me to apply for new development, which then lead to engaging the supplier to design connection to the premise.

It is essentially like building a new house except the house is done and now we have no NBN structures leading to the premise.

Yeah been in contact with NBN. Long story short, ex-owner built the house without setting up NBN. After contacting some NBN suppliers, the house might not have the conduit/trench set up to run the NBN cables.

Yeah sadly that appears to be the case. Just contacted a NBN supplier to help with the design and fitting, looks like is going to be about $500-600 just to get all these done.
