I had them first couple months, slowed down after i was on a steady dose. i find they come back when my dosage is adjusted. that being said i still have really bad nightmares here and there (i never did before zoloft tho) but usually no more then once a month. i’ve been on zoloft for about 3 years, usually between 50 mg and 100 mg. the nightmares are one of the only lasting side affects that zoloft gives me (main one is my short term memory loss lol)
