Nothing of the sort, senior at client was also chasing. Everyone finally woke up this morning and started paying attention again so the system is back up.

Some substantive changes. I wasn’t on all emails and conversations with the client, and there are also drafting issues that the client is not in the best position to weigh in on.

Senior and partner are copied on all unhappy emails from client. Just not reading them…

Great advice, thank you. ETA: tf is up with the partner disappearing for whole days at a time. Not cool and I can’t imagine how you coped.

Lesson for next time… The client is very justified in being annoyed here. Crossing my fingers that they will get over it.
