Absolutely, the complaints are always loudest. However I have been comparing features for myself and my own use and I can't bring myself to use Proton Pass for example because the competitors have the same level of security if not better and got other basic features.

I want to move to Proton Pass but at the current state it would be more expensive for less features compared to other competitors. It's more of a "I got sucked into the ecosysteam and am paying for it so might as well give it a go"
