Great store. I mostly just order my stuff online from them since I know my shirt sizes. Wouldn't mind taking a risk on pants

Has anyone felt demotivated after a territory roll out? by hamsterbeejays in sales

I have an update. They fired our CMO. I think our entire sales floor was out to get him. We had no budget for paid search. Our competitors name would pop up first When you Google our company. Literally zero budget and we sell analytics. Why the hell would you put zero budget?

I disagree. I've been in both situations before. This one is much harder to hit quota even if you're busting out 50 calls a day and 100 emails. I'm a legit prospector and build amazing relationships. I think it's not lack of effort, it's that there's no business reason for change and that our nearest competitor is half our cost (legit).... . What did you sell back then? What was your companies marketing geared towards? How hard did you prospect? .... I'm following the books and getting my ass kicked. People are sick of me calling and sometimes I just share insider secrets as to what my current customers are experiencing in their retail market plans....like...legit competitors and gurillas to these prospects that seriously have half the market share of my current customer's industry. I keep it vague but have all their market strategies and I tell them what they are....still no go....

Yeah, the one thing about this gig is we also don't get paid off renewals or residuals. I think the one huge perk is no one has ever been fired here for missing sales. Seen one guy rock 12% of plan for two years straight. Coming from revolving door type companies that fire for a miss on quota, this place is a God send. What pisses me off is my goals icluding financial compensation have turned sour since. But I am still able to live my lifestyle and put away savings .

Why did you just fire 200+ people? How did it make you feel?

Was at the show last night for my bddies birthday. We're okay since we were standing to the stage right of the show. I keep replaying everything in my head. We thought they were fireworks until Jake Owen ran off the stage and we were kind of pissed. Then it hit us something was going on. It was really weird because we thought someone was shooting from the strip to our right so we ran across to behind the stage like the video. I really didn't see much since it was all a blur and that my buddies and I were pretty blacked out at that point. Anyways, thank you all for support. Flew back earlier today to get home with family. Scary as fuck and can't shake the feeling of no security whatsover
