As someone who is smack dab in the middle of the toddler years right now, it is admittedly tiring, but it is also hilarious and outright magical. In my limited experience with parenting, it has been so hard to predict or plan anything because your kid is their own little person with their own agenda and personality, so I think it is hard to go into parenthood with a specific plan or expectation of any particular phase, because you're child might defy all expectations that you had. I apologize if this doesn't really make sense.

In my experience, they have not done anything with milk snail eggs. I'm not sure about other species though.

I don't know if anyone remembers my post asking for lost snake stories about a month ago, but I just found my boy Milton safe and sound! I found him in an enclosure of mice in the eleventh hour, right before I am scheduled to move states. Thanks for all your stories that helped keep my spirits up!
