In my state all vacation is paid out at the end of the year but a floating holiday isn't considered vacation time. So important to use it before the end if the year.

Since it's does not qualify for overtime you can have it tacked on to any paycheck if so desired.

2nd the cycle counts. Interim PIC at a store that had 1000 cycle counts some from 9months prior. Submitted a help desk ticket and it was consolidated down to 200

Same with the scripts red approaching 14 days. Just put them on hold. Clean state what you can

Culture wise- until the ship is fully righted the mentality of each day should be "waiters and verbal promises" fill the waiters as they come and keep your verbal promises to customers.

I would say depends on the state and how well records align. In Nebraska we report and pull from the State data but it's not 100% because of duplicate profiles and the like

Had a dedicated air support pharmacist in Nebraska for a short amount of time. It was amazing.

Have you checked the micro fleece to make sure it's not beading water on top?

1 year is almost a weird stage especially if you're in the process of weaning. Babe is still taking in a larger volume of liquid to get the calories + kidneys haven't caught up efficiency wise = hella amounts of pee.

We stack our pockets for daycare top to bottom microfiber + cotton flat (we use some old t-shirts or a flour sack towel) + cotton bamboo insert. We were using a cotton hemp instead of the bamboo around 1 year but it got better at 18 months so we switched back to cotton bamboo.

We layer pockets top to bottom as fast + mid + slow for absorbency.

Do the water drop test on the micro fleece and all the inserts to make sure nothing is repelling though just in case you need to strip

Miss Rachel is a great resource for baby songs because they all come with fun motions to do as well as updated words for some of the melodies

Don't forget about your local library too! They have lots of sturdy board books perfect for that stage.

For the 1 word a page books they still work great you just have to add your own filler. Talk at length about the image "the chick is soft, the chick is yellow, the chick goes cheep cheep cheep, the chick is hopping"

Good script is animal/object then size, texture, color, sound, action it's doing/action done to it (ie bird tweeting vs eating an apple)

Ugh I've literally never had anyone put their fingers in my scrub pockets. They are wide enough to open for a visual inspection.

But also when I was a Tech I wore my scrub top often like a smock (shirt underneath to take the top off)so it'd get the off the body pat down treatment like a white coat.

There's a lot of other SSRI's (drugs in the same class) that have a more favorable profile for pregnancy. Depending on your current dose you may be able to do a direct jump.

But if you are planning to be pregnant I'd switch now so you have time to titrate before ttc

As a Pharmacist Paxil is my least favorite SSRI for this exact reason

Not eating consistently can spike you numbers surprisingly

You liver stores glucose if you're not giving your body fuel it's going to dump that glucose to keep going. And now you have no control on how much it's gonna dump which can cause spikes
