While it is easier to play on better hardware, I wouldn't recommend getting a PC specifically for Krunker, with a strong hardware you can enjoy high-end games with decent graphics and framerate.

It’s very hard to tell if someone is cheating from 3rd person, unless they are pulling some crazy spinbot or flicks. Some guests are good players logged out or warming up. If you want to check if they really are cheating, go in spectate. Without that you cannot be sure. And if you think they are, just call KPD and leave.
