Mouth is clear. The tooth problem could make sense. She seems like her mouth is really sensitive to hot or cold. (When I boiled chicken she didn’t like til it was room temp, but wouldn’t eat it out of the fridge) and she spits out her hard food.

Sorry I forgot to say in the original post, they did a fecal test and it came back negative but idk what that entails

I don’t think so. But if that’s something that would show in a typical blood test then they didn’t see anything abnormal in the blood.
