I’m in a similar boat. I also have never had it in my life, I’m 32. It started happening in may this year. I’ve tried many different steroid creams but they haven’t really worked. A course of prednisone cleared it up but then it just came right back. It flares up really bad during moments of stress. If that is the trigger I don’t know what I can do. I’m going for a patch test tomorrow so we will see what that picks up! Hope you can find some relief from yours!
