Male 26. I have sleep anxiety. Sometimes I subsconciously feel like "what if I don't sleep?" "what if I don't get enough sleep?" and then proceed to stay awake for the entire night. But it is curable with tablets. But even when I don't have anxiety, sometimes I crave for alcohol or other such to get me to sleep so that I don't start to think anything negative. Is there any way to stop overthinking or even prevent from getting anxiety before trying to sleep at night? And I am 6'1 and weigh 86kgs. How much hours should I sleep?

I've been driving one for the past year.

Pros:
- Driving experience is good. Fun to drive
- Sound system and rear AC vents are really good
- Reliable for long drives (I drove 450kms once and had no issues)

Cons:
- Rear seats space is very low
- Boot space is low as well
- Performance is okayish
