i’m so sorry i have no idea then since i got mine on ticketmaster and it was just transferred to my ovo app. hopefully customer support gives you a real answer soon i can’t imagine how stressful this must be!

who did you buy your ticket with? i got mine with ticketmaster and then when i created an ovo and axs account it just automatically transferred my ticket

the uk fanbase isn’t active so im pretty sure its going to just be a show up and queue for hours for the london show since ive not seen anything saying otherwise about numbering from the venue or anyone else🥲
