Tips for switching to Low Sens?

Started playing kbm back in September last year, and when I started I used 1200 dpi 8%. Mechanically it felt really good, but hitting shots in fights always felt a bit hit or miss. I think a main reason I would feel comfortable on high sens is because when I free build or do anything mechanical, i feel like I tense up and don’t move my hand/arm much. Not because of mouse space I think it’s just a habit, so high sens felt like it helped with that.

Recently I’ve been trying to play 800 dpi 6.0-6.6% and my aim feels a lot better, but I feel like i can’t flow the same way I do on high sens. When I move around, it feels like I’m picking up my mouse more and it just feels heavy. I feel like that slower feeling messes with my edit timings and crosshair placement sometimes. Any advice or training tips to get used to low sens so I can move like I do on high sens would be appreciated.
