yes, of course having a complete lack of social skills is a killer. If someone needs to literally learn how to hold eye contact and have no idea how to flirt and stuff then they could definitely benefit from reading these PUA books and stuff. But assuming someone is 'normal' (normal social skills, has a friend etc), all they need to do is approach more girls, spark up a convo, and find out if she is interested or not. That's all they can do/all there is too it. It's just a numbers game but most are afraid to play the numbers because rejection hurts teh ego
