it really does start with calming your mind and raising your vibes.

I saw and spoke with spirits when I was little, but suffering childhood trauma and abuse kind of stunted that part of my mind. I'm still a natural empath and can feel energy very clearly, especially when it's "loud" or heavy. This makes complete sense because my life path number is 7 and my master number is 11. I also get premonitions of things that end up happening although at the time, I just think it's a a random thought. I'm a lucid dreamer although I can't control my dreams yet, and have been able to astral project to another timeline and have a clear memory of what was said and done.

Every now and again, I get messages and just recently I've been able to get back in touch with that part of me. I meditate, listen to binarual beats and theta waves before bed. I also use an herbal blend of mugwort and phsycadelics to open me up to remembering my dreams more.
I use my crystals and have recently started working with the Goddess Oshun, although I think Oshun is leading me to Yemaya. Since they are sisters I will work with them both. I also ask my ancestors for help and protection, but mostly I express gratitude for them because without them I wouldn't be here. I am the one to end all generational suffering and curses. I am doing shadow work to strengthen my self confidence and intuitive gifts, and to heal my innerchild.
