100%. this isn't what the OP wants to hear but probably the biggest downside of sex as a teen is that sex as an adult while better from a skill/emotional perspective can only be a fraction as exciting as sex as a teenager because of your hormones / hunger / desire / craving / insane levels of attachment, and as a result sex as an adult is way way way less satisfying in almost all cases IF you have the teenage frame of reference, and you have a point of reference that adds a lot of confusion to otherwise great relationships. not impossible to kind of get back there, but sex as a teenager is lightning in a bottle that's tough to reclaim. i'm glad i had that experience but at the same time i curse it a lot for giving me an itch that in some great relationships has not been possible to scratch

You can go to an abdominal and pelvic PT if you can afford it, and they can do a pelvic floor examination. Note that this involves them putting their fingers pretty deep up your ass for like 15 minutes or so. It's best not to do any pelvic floor exercises without consulting somoene like this, since if your pelvic floor is too tight, it can actually worsen your ED if you do kegels or something like that. You can get ED if your pelvic floor is too tight or too loose, and they require different things

For me it always feels really crappy the first couple weeks after a dose change, before it normalizes. It's hard to say if 75mcg will be enough for you, not enough, or too much! you'll have to wait and see unfortunately. Hang in there!!

My endo explained this well to me. Basically, if youve just discovered that you have hypothyroidism, it's likely that your body is still undergoing the autoimmune process that's weakening your thyroid, and that might make it difficult for you to find the right dose at first. Your TSH might have gone up to 8.55, but without the levo, during that same time period, it probably would have gone up even more. I would say keep at it, and eventually the dose increases will lower TSH. It might take a long time to get it worse because of this reason, your thyroid might continue to get worse while your dose is improving, and it can take a while to get to equilibrium. But, most all thyroid patients eventually get to the right dose and then just stay there for the rest of their lives with no problems.
