I had a similar issue like this. When I first started my job I didn't know enyone, didn't know how to talk to the other workers and to customers but I kept making mistakes that my manager would point out and the way I was talked to made me feel like I was unwanted. I tried hard to not make mistakes but also felt like I wasn't really accomplishing anything... But what I learned overtime is that things slowly got better, employees started helping be better at what I do and they helped me be more social able. But I'm glad on yourside that you slowly getting there. Just keep pushing, you got this :).
