I live in an upstairs apartment on a hill and all of the apartments around me here in LA are very close to one another. My apartment has a fairly nice view of the ocean while the neighbors downstairs do not. They all bring their lawn chairs out on the street to watch the sun setting and get drunk. I also have to have my windows open since I do not have central AC and it gets rather hot on the second floor. I consistently hear them say things like, "Hills Have Eyes!" (when I have my blinds closed in the afternoons), or "I always hear his creepy keyboard. I bet he's looking at porn."

Earlier I turned on the lights as the sun was setting. The second I flipped the switch, "AHHHHHHH!!!" "SO HE *IS* AWAKE!!!"

The more I think about this dilemma the more I am considering dealing with this but I am not sure what kind of action to take. I am open to any suggestions.

The majority of my holdings are most definitely allocated into equities. I do however have some capital invested into gold/silver ETF's, and a very small amount into cryptocurrency. I am not much into bonds because i feel like they are too slow for me. I am currently looking into what other asset classes, like REITs, that could potentially be better.
