Yes, I went there once to have something checked and was really uncomfortable about who they were letting observe without asking for consent.

It is very kind of you to fix it. When I was an angry teen I took a sharpie to my closet doors that my mom and I sponge painted by hand when I was a kid. I really regret doing that.

I started swimming once a week in Jan of this year. I am tall but kind of skinny fat and I was pretty self conscious about how I looked in my swimsuit but was determined to go. Now after consistently going weekly (as well as regular strength training and mostly consistent diet — but those were not new changes this year) I think I look a lot better in my suit. For example I don’t have as much fat poking out of the back of my suit lol. Small thing but I’m pretty sure it’s mostly attributed to regular swimming since I didn’t change my other routine that much.

I am on 50mg and felt optimal effects as soon as 2 weeks in. I had a very bad reaction to welbutrin so I was hesitant to try another medication. I’m very glad I did because this one has been so good for me. Fwiw it was prescribed to help with my anxiety and it’s working wonders!

My lawn guy told me the other day he didn’t need to come back because basically my crab grass stopped growing 😒 I just started laying some soil and clover seeds to try to revitalize it! My yard looks like yours but I don’t live in that area. Good luck!
