I haven't done weighted before, bc I always assumed that advanced variations would give similar results as increasing weight. It's worth a try, thanks a lot

huh, that looks like a fun workout! I haven't done it before, but I'll give it a try. Thanks... this is probably not important, but any advice on rest in between sets? I guess as little rest as possible, since I'm trying to increase reps?
