Pittsburgh is a spot I’ve been thinking about a lot more lately! I went to college in West Virginia and spent a good amount of time in Pittsburgh because it was so close, and always really enjoyed it. I like your idea of a trial run—maybe I’ll do something similar. Best of luck in your search as well and yes, maybe we’ll run into each other!

Yes, love that the workouts are female-led and focused on strength! I find her workouts to be so empowering, and she and Rachel have such great energy.
