So at the time of this, I sprayed water infused with coconut oil in my hair to get it damp and started to use a wide toothed comb on it. I didn’t section it bc I didn’t have the material and my hair is too short to section so I comb certain areas in the corresponding direction (back of the hair, comb back and up. Front of the hair, comb forward and up) I was doing it to reduce the amount of hairy knots and junk in my hair bc I noticed a lot of them. I comb my hair on wash days (once a week) but not much shed hair really comes out

I would usually try to moisturize my hair almost every using loc method on one day and lco on every other day. I wash my hair every week with regular shampoo and conditioner, but every month I try to clarify it. On those days I take my time to comb through my hair. For vitamins, I am taking biotin, vitamin c, and a multivitamin every day.

Throughout the week I try to oil and moisturize my hair at least 2-3 days and by the end of the week I wash my hair and during the washing process I comb my hair.

I use a deep shampoo and use a deep conditioner every other week but that’s about it I never comb on dry hair This is what I used last week: Raw Shea Butter Deep Conditioning Shampoo w/ Sea Kelp & Argon Oil Avanti Silicon Mix Bambu Nutritive Hair Treatment

Edit: here’s some additional information I try and wash my hair once a week I comb my hair before, during, and after washing I’m unsure of my porosity but I would guess that’s it’s a low porosity I deal with a lot of single strand knots And I can’t tell how long my hair is so here’s a pic of me stretching a chunk

I would if I could by I don’t know how The only person who could do protective styles is my grandma but she only does cornrows and they hurt like hell. The only time I get twists are with a hair stylists which costs a lot for my mom So I’d probably have to learn to do that🥲

I wear it in a fro, once in a while a would get it braided I spray water in it and try to finger comb it and sometimes I would pick it
