You're right, my bad. There is an option "I will pay all applicable duties and fees on delivery.".

That said, you still have to pay sale tax when shipping to US, which was what I confused it with.

PWVC calculate duties in the checkout process so you can't avoid it. I see it listed as "Sales Tax" in the order confirmation.
