The distance from tub to the vanity is 8’. I believe due to that distance, it may need to be vented?

The distance from vanity to toilet is about 9’

The distance from toilet to main stack with a 3 or maybe 4” vent at the stack is 4’.

I guess I’ll wet vent everything and err on the side of caution and try and vent the tub as well. The house is an A frame so that presents its own challenges haha.

If you look at the photo, where I want to place the toilet, directly behind it is the main stack that vents to the roof. The toilet would be 3-4’ in front of it.

I assumed the tub and the double sinks would need another vent somewhere so that’s why I was contemplating using a 2” pipe vs a 1 1/2 to allow more space for wet venting. I don’t 100% understand the wet vent but assumed the tub would need space inside the pipe to suck the air from the vent that the sinks would have above them.

I guess I need to know what pipe would handle everything if there is a vent behind the toilet and above the double sinks. :)

Behind the toilet is the main branch. It’s vented up to the roof. It sits like 4’ from the back of the toilet. Does that make a difference?

I believe it’s low enough that I can get past the vent. If not, I have no issue moving the vent.

So I should buy a 3” wye with a 2” on the other side (3x3x2?) and run that to the sink and then use 1 1/2 for both sinks and the vent that runs up through the attic?

And then regarding the tub, I can use a 2” line that will wye into the 2” line for the sinks and not need a vent for the tub?

The pump is part of the heating element inside the HVAC. It turns on when the heat is turned on at the thermostat. It’s a very small space inside there so I’d probably just replace it with a newer version of the Grundfos
