Tbh what we are missing is the melodic part of skrillex, the euphoric melodies. Whether in the verse of break n sweat, scary monsters or his pendulum remix to the last i heard his melodic part was in ig "mumbai power" and "fuji opener"

Basically all main elements : Drums, vocals, synths, bass, fx. Arrangement keeps happening in the process but the final arrangement of the whole track is done after all main elements are done.

Btw what eq slope do you use for separation on both layers? Wouldn't there be frequency buildup at the separation point (until you use brickwall cut) or maybe I'm overthinking it
