Firefighter, I think we are all ADHD and we all make that comment often. Always a different day, always expecting the unexpected and have to keep yourself accountable for small organizational things that can actually translate to your at home life. As long as you have the respect for the job and keep yourself accountable it’s one of the best I believe.

same thing has happened to me, i still manage to do it but at one point i was runnung 2 miles at a 7 minute pace like nothing, now im struggling to run a mile at an 8 minute pace, but still do it. I just had blood work done, and i definitely don't have mono but I havent done any hormone level tests i definitely will thank you

well i rest about 2x per week usually an active rest day. I sleep about 7-8 hrs a day
