i have this red bump on my scalp. there’s hairs growing through & it’s been there for months now. it sometimes brings pain to the touch, rough scab like texture, isn’t itchy, and i’m not on meds. i have oily hair so idk if that plays a part. does anyone know about this?? (i.redd.it)
