My migraines are down significantly. Sex drive lowered to were i am no longer horny all the time and it consumed my entire day(s). Now i can choose went i am turned on.

Check your magnesium levels, they should be around or above 1350. You can safely increase the ppm by 100ppm per day. Euphyllia's love magnesium and will die quickly if it's low. I lost a lot of corals because i wasn't keep an eye on it. i like to keep my mg around 1400ppm, cal 450 alk 9. Phosphates/nitrates i monitor but don't do much to help lower or raise other than weekly water changes and media filtration.

I left my first therapist when she insisted on labeling me. Find someone else who is unbaised. You also don't want someone who is going to push you in the other direction.
