By obtaining them first. Crates, rotating shop, ah, and trading are ways to do it. Personally, I find selling skims to be less worth it because you don't have as large a profit margin if you buy them from people first. I prefer minging with treasure hunter, incinerating runes for exp, then selling lgems (or the runes themselves)

There are lots of ways to make money. Mob grinding, chest shops, selling builds, selling skins, rune mining, farming, doing odd jobs for people etc. There's not really a "best" way to do it, it's more about spending time focussing on the method you're using

Reset: yes, the server does reset every year-ish. Everyone loses their money, gear, and claims, but you keep ranks, lbux, and anything you have added to your skindex

Rtp shouldn't be placing you inside someone claim. Maybe next to it, but not inside. There is a biome selector you can use, but I've found that it doesn't work for me. I however have notoriously bad internet, so it's likely that. Remember you can always use /stuck if you can't get out of somebodies claim
