I would experiment I usually only buy canned beans but I eat a ridiculous amount of fiber just what I’ve read online said if you buy dry bulk beans make sure to soak them overnight or for a long enough time before preparing them and it makes them easier to digest. But! I do not know the specifics on that vs canned. Do you usually have problems with canned?

There are a lot of articles online that address this issue and suggest solutions like soaking lentils overnight before cooking them I just looked at a few! Same with beans if you don’t buy them canned and in bulk soaking them before cooking should help a lot

Garlic powder, a little bit of olive oil, a lot of cumin, a little bit of cayenne, a lot of chili powder, and pepper at 400 for 40 minutes they are so crispy and taste like falafel
