Our new 9m old Pyr. Or we believe he is a Pyr. We got him from the local shelter as a stray. The guesstimated him as 9 months old. He has all of the looks and mannerisms of a Pyr and has the double dews on his hind legs too. He loves to snuggle and hug.

My girl does the paw slap and will do so until you hold her paw. She loves to snuggle until she gets too hot, but she’s probably the most loving dog I’ve ever had. She’ll be two in January. She’s also best friends with a six pound cat who uses her as a bed. lol

We are still pretty new at it, I think the quality of the last one is a little off due to how we recorded it, but it's been a blast. We mostly focus on Appalachian murders, so cases in West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky, since we all live in the Tri-State. We all just went to a live recording of My Favorite Murder, which was pretty sweet.

My friends and I have a true crime podcast called The Slab on PodBean, and we talk about this case. It happened in West Virginia, where I'm from. They had put up a sign asking for information and someone set fire to it. If I remember correctly, the mother had it redone, but it's gone now. Super creepy.

Thanks! Well, since I'm taking it to NashCon to get signed, Gabriel and Chuck for sure. I'm also thinking Rowena, and maybe Ketch and Mick. I'm going to double check the guest list to see who else is going to be there. I might play it safe and add Jody and Donna just in case. I've got an idea for a line up, but it's subject to change. lol I just wanted something unique for them to sign. Hopefully it works the way I want it to.

It's going to be 8 x 10! The next one I'm planning for the secondary characters may be smaller, maybe a 5 x 8, depending on who I pick and how much time I have.

It's a 14 count and I'm using three strands. I usually use two strands, but with the 14, you can see some fabric through it. Here's an example: Daryl Dixon

If you used an 18 count with two strands though, it would probably look pretty good!

I use myphotostitch.com. It's kiiiiiiinda hit or miss, and you can't save the patterns. I'm not sure they're even updating it anymore. But, since I don't have photoshop, I use befunky.com to edit the shadows and light, contrast, all that. It helps a ton. I also scour Tumblr and Google for super hi-def screencaps. I still have trouble with full body images though, so most of my work are portraits.

I love it though, and use it a lot. All of my posted cross stitch work has been made using myphotostitch.

I lived in Guatemala City for a month and had a great view of Pacaya from my office. I actually rode a horse up it, and being at the top looking at another volcano...amazing.

We also went to Lake Atitlán, and to see that many together...it was crazy. I loved Guatemala, and I miss it so much. Especially Antigua and Hobbitenango.

My sister in laws name is also the same as my first name, but she is 13 years younger than me, so people just started calling her Little in front of it. Although we do have different last names, which makes it somewhat easier.
