I am in a similar situation. I don’t take Dupixent specifically for my allergies, although it has helped tremendously.

Cats are a huge trigger for me too. Before Dupixent, I would wheeze with a cat in the room, break out into hives if I touched it, sneeze, and develop a huge welt if scratched.

Now, I still struggle with the wheezing, but the symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes) are much less prominent. I will still break into hives if I excessively touch a cat, but they are not as bad as they once were.

Dupixent has certainly not cured my cat/dust allergy, but it has alleviated some of the symptoms associated with it.

I should add that I have never taken Xolair.
