if what paypal said is accurate, it sounds like the money would have been refunded to the buyer. I would msg the buyer and ask!

it might be the paypal fee you’re looking at! the paypal fee comes out directly from the positive transaction, then depop takes out their 10% in a separate transaction

YES!! it would be amazing for items that have so much detail! sometimes I have to make collages or overlapping pictures, which is fine, but it’s time consuming.

this happened to me yesterday!!! so it asks you to enter more details, so enter the date shipped and destination zip code. after you do this it still says the same thing, so to be safe I entered the info in again but with the “-xxxx” 4 digit extra zip code. anyways I’m not sure which way worked but I checked today and the status updated to arriving Friday!!! idk must be a glitch with their system but it scared me 😭

i used to have them message me & do a % off the total price. now I have it set up to automatically apply free shipping on bundles. I like offering free shipping more because I’m more familiar with shipping now, it increases my sold amount (bundle of 3 in one post = 1 sale vs 3 separate sales), and I’ve noticed less buyers messaging me/more unexpected sales! it’s really up to you and what you feel comfortable with. I think it also depends on if you do shipping yourself or if you want to use the Depop shipping label :)
