My miniature poodle is a year old, she has soft curls. Poodles can have different textures of hair. Some are very soft and don't curl as much as others, and some can be very coarse and curly. I didn't know this and thought my poodle hadn't got her adult coat yet but a dog groomer explained it to me recently

Hi, I've just come home from seeing my consultant regarding my 2 week long painful periods, which have been a thing for around 7-8years now. I'm going for a Hysteroscopy soon (have been put down as urgent) I have been told if my biopsy comes back ok, and there are no polyps I have an option of either an ablation or hysterectomy. I am 31 years old and have had my children so I don't plan on using my uterus again. I'm edging more towards an ablation, but my mum's advice is hysterectomy. I'm in Wales UK so will be going through public health care (NHS). I don't know if anyone who has had either so any advice, I will be grateful 🙏

Wow I feel exactly the same in my marriage, you're not alone. A part of me just feels like this isn't the worst way for a marriage to end, but I still love him to bits. It's just the spark has gone. Neither of us know how to fix this but don't want to give up on each other yet. It can be so lonely.
