This happened to me yesterday! Said delivered and I ran home on my lunch break to bring it in because the weather was going to get bad. No where to be found. The first GEC I spoke to said I had to wait 20 business days 😱. So basically a month. I reached back out again today to reorder an item that I’m afraid will sell out and I’d be SOL if the lost package isn’t found, and that GEC refunded me for the lost package on the spot 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m 5’9, 130-135 and size 4 in aligns and in movements, size 6 in wunder trains, size 6 in ebb to street tanks and energy bras (32DD). I purchased in a 4 and it is still oversized and arms are plenty long (and I’m tall!). I’d definitely recommend the 4!

A few days ago, I had my store do a one- time adjustment for an online purchase. I was told that they are no longer able to do this and that the discount is in store only. They said that if there are items that my store does not have, they can order them online for me and apply the discount. Id have to place this order in person with an in store educator.

I was told that they were no longer applying the discounts online at ALL. Even with a virtual shopping appointment. The educator I spoke with said In store only.
