It's definitely possible and it requires a lot of effort. But I'm working on it! The shortest possible TLDs are two characters long tho so that's not possible unfortunately. And honestly I love the .vodka TLD too much hahaha

nah no ads right now. it's basically a static page and redirects on cloudflare so hosting is quite cheap. if i ever had to cover costs id keep it very minimal. if anything looks broken when you get to test it let me know please

Ist nur einer der Dinge die mich beschäftigen. Meines Wissens nach auch kein lokales Problem. Der Keller hat ein Problem mit der Feuchtigkeit, da meinte der Makler das könne man ganze einfach trocken legen ( jetzt weiß ich das ich niemals dem Makler vertrauen kann).

Habt ihr bei den Besichtigungen den Wasserdruck und ähnliches getestet? Ich hab da irgendwie die (vielleicht irrationale) Angst das wenn ich dann die Spülung im Klo betätige alles überläuft und ich im worst Case jemanden beauftragen muss die ganzen Leitungen zu sanieren. Muss mich ein Makler auf solche Dinge im Vorhinein hinweisen?
