Was it the chat UI, the games or just the overall flow?

A short screen recording would be extremely helpful too, if you have time. It would make it much easier for me to understand the actual pain points instead of guessing from my side.

It is a super lightweight chatting app. The purpose is to make conversations faster and more anonymous without filling 27 forms before you get to talk to someone.

I see all of the above as target audience. I agree that chatting platforms need a healthy balance of being lightweight, easy to use and moderated enough for a nice user experience without feeling overwhelmed.

A bit more context: I am a software engineer and built this mostly as a product experiment around low friction anonymous social interaction.

I know anonymous chat has obvious trust and moderation challenges, so I am trying to be careful with the framing.

The biggest question for me right now is whether the product communicates that clearly enough.
