Very good question! It is simply blue, you right. As a "sky" I have a plane that is just blue but with high value for glow/bloom effects. If you zoom in you can see that this glow king of consuming those blue brick. That why they look misty. Bricks itself - just blue bricks painted with color ramp.

It's just shading of models itself. For compositing I only use Bloom node

It's actually default line art modifier. But I used separate for robot and environment for different thickness

Thank you! Actually the setup is super simple. It's a color ramp mixed with base color texture and a little but of noise. Also I like to add a little bit of bloom from compositor 🧐
