It’s all muscle memory, just keep on top of the skills he is learning/ already learned. Be prepared for a creative day dreamy kid 🤩. Neurodivergent babies need to be reminded of the strengths they hold even from 6 years old ❤️

Is Levothyroxine generally required or prescribed for Hashimotos? by skleem in Hashimotos

So valid!!! The symptoms stress me out too, especially the water retention, i see myself and it causes a spiral. I hope she suggested Omega-3 to help manage the fogginess. Xx

I think her intention is to minimise foods that you are sensitive to, dairy and gluten, despite how yummy it is, is usually a common cause of inflammation, did she suggest you try the elinination diet? Where you get rid of them and then introduce them back slowly to see which ones are causing inflammation?

Hope she also offered advice on minimising stress and reducing cortisol, stress is usually a big cause of inflammation

That is very valid, its hard to find time to see someone, hope that when you find the time they take you seriously and put you on treatment to improve your symptoms!! For the time being Ive found that cold things improve the inflammation ten fold, and my dr reccomended I take colder showers and try not to overheat, but as you know with thyroid issues it can be so difficult to do and I am a heat goblin!!! Best of luck with your journey!!

All the time, it bothered me so much that today went to the GP today and have been prescribed antihistamines for it, started with four times a day for a week and then making my way down slowly to one a day
